Built for the guy who always plans it.
A trip concierge, in your pocket.
You pick the dates. The Desk — a real person — scouts the houses, holds the tables and contracts the cars, and brings each line back to you for a yes. The crew funds one pot, and every booking is paid from it. Nothing touches your card.

“I organize guys trips frequently and this is a total game changer.”
— ANTHONY
Every crew has one guy who does all of it
The organiser tax.
Nobody says no because the weekend sounded bad. It dies in the three places below — and all three land on the same guy. Every year.
01
You front it.
The house wants a card on file in March, and it is always your card. Eight thousand dollars sits on your statement while nine guys get you Friday.
02
You chase it.
Four Venmo requests, three reminders, a spreadsheet nobody opens, and the one guy who reads every message and answers none of them.
03
You wear it.
Someone is unhappy with the room, the split or the bill. You booked it, so it is yours — on the one weekend a year you were supposed to switch off.
The way it goes now
Brigata takes all three off you.
Every guy claims his own seat, and each share is paid into one pot. The Desk books against the pot — so nothing is contracted on your card, nobody is chased, and the ledger answers the questions before they are asked.
Every kind of crew. One pot, one Desk, one ledger.
The rail is the same whoever’s going. Everything below is open now — pick the crew and the calendar asks the one question that matters. Girls trips are the one we don’t run yet.

How it works
You do the toast. We do the rest.
Four quiet moves take a group chat that has been open since 2022 to a booked weekend. You make the first one — the Desk makes the rest, and the ledger accounts for every dollar without you chasing one.

The receipt
Somebody always ends up paying for something on their own card — the cars, the ice, the round nobody planned. He snaps the receipt, the host taps approve, and it lands on the ledger as a crew expense. His share goes down by what he fronted. Nobody Venmos anybody.

The fee
Twenty-five dollars a seat, and the weekend is staffed.
$25per person
And your entire weekend is handled.
Holding a date is free, and nothing is charged until the pot opens. $6 per payment if a guest splits his share — that and the $25 is everything you pay Brigata. For the price of one round, every table is held, every booking is made, and every dollar stays where the whole crew can see it.
How the Desk gets paid. Beyond the $25, the Desk is paid by the vendors it books, the way any travel advisor is — and it books at the vendor’s own price. Book the same house yourself and you would pay the same number. Every charge lands on the ledger where your crew can read it.
The pot itself is your trip money. If the trip never locks, every dollar your crew paid in goes back. All of it.
Launch offer
Your first $250 of travel costs are on us.
Lock a weekend now and the Desk opens your crew’s pot with $250 already in it — spent like every other dollar, on the weekend, in front of everyone.
Promotional credit — Brigata’s money, not crew funds, and not part of a refund. One per crew, applied when your first pot opens. No cash value · non-transferable · expires 12 months from claim. Full terms in the app.
There is no standard number and we will not invent one. Tell the Desk what the crew can do a head and it builds to that — a drive-to house with two good dinners, or three nights staffed end to end. You get a real per-man figure inside a day, and any man can split his share into payments only he can see.
Estimates vary by crew size, dates and plan — the Desk returns your crew’s real number in a day.
Questions
The ones every organiser asks.
What does it cost to hold a weekend?
Nothing. A hold is free, and nothing is charged until the pot opens.
What actually happens when I hold a weekend?
The weekend goes on the board in your name and you get a link for the crew straight away — on the same screen, and in your inbox so it survives a closed tab. Nothing is owed, nothing is booked, and nobody is contacted but you.
Do my friends need an account to claim a seat?
No. They open the link, put in a name and they are in. No password, no download, no card. An account only appears later, for the men who are putting money in.
What if a guy never pays in?
The pot never opens short. An unfunded seat is not a seat — the Desk holds the line or re-scales the weekend to the crew that has paid. What does not happen is a vendor charge landing on your card because somebody else went quiet.
Who decides when it locks, and does everyone know?
You do. You set the threshold that locks the trip — three quarters of the seats claimed by default, and never fewer than four — and every guest is notified before it happens. Until then every deposit is refundable.
Half the crew wants golf and half wants a boat.
That is a normal weekend. The Desk builds a plan the group splits and rejoins — a morning tee time for six, a boat for the rest, one table booked for everybody at eight. You approve it once.
Is there a cheap version of this?
Yes. Tell the Desk the number a head and it builds to that. A drive-to house with two good dinners is a different trip to three nights in Cabo, and both are weekends the Desk runs. Anyone can split his share into payments only he can see.
Does the whole thing land on my card?
No. That is the point. Every guy claims his own seat and pays his own share into the crew’s pot, and the Desk books against the pot. You approve the plan. You do not fund it.
Do I have to keep organising it every year?
No. Once a crew has run one weekend, the Desk keeps the roster, the ledger and the preferences. Next year is a date and a yes, not a fresh spreadsheet.
Some guys can afford more than others.
Shares are set per seat, and anyone can split his into payments — $6 a payment, visible only to him. Nobody at the table knows who is on a plan.
How far ahead should we book?
Most crews lock eight to twelve weeks out. A hold is free, so putting a date on the board now costs nothing — and a date on the board is the single thing most likely to make it actually happen.
Where does the money sit?
In your crew’s pot — processed and held by Stripe. Every move it makes posts to a ledger the whole crew can read. Brigata never holds your money; we direct it.
Is Brigata a bank?
No. Brigata is software. The pot sits at Stripe; money leaves it two ways — to the vendors your crew approves, or back to the card it came from. No deposits, no interest, no lending.
What if someone bails?
Before the trip locks, their deposit goes straight back. After it locks, their deposit stays in the crew’s pot — that’s what keeps everyone else’s share from moving — and the Desk re-scales the plan to the crew that’s left. No one’s share changes without a yes.
What if the trip dies?
If it never locks, every dollar goes back where it came from — all of it, automatically. After lock, the pot settles back everything the Desk hasn’t already paid out.
What will the Desk actually book?
Rooms, tables, boats, tee times, cars — if it can be reserved, the Desk can run it.
Are you a travel agency?
Brigata is the software. The booking is done by the Desk — real travel advisors working inside your crew’s plan, at the vendor’s price. Every charge lands on the ledger.
What about flights?
Flights never touch the pot — everybody books their own seat. If your crew wants them handled, ask the Desk.
How fast does this move?
Holds are confirmed within a day, and most weekends are fully booked within a week of funding.
Is there an app?
Yes, and you get to it without one. Holding a weekend and claiming a seat both work in the browser with no account. You only make one when there is money to protect — and it is a web app, so there is nothing to download.
